Viewing invoices
To view invoices in the portal, first navigate to your Home Care Package. All package contacts that have access to your Home Care Package can view your invoices.
Each package will display a table of recently submitted invoices. The table contains the invoice ID, supplier name, the invoice reference and total, the stage of the invoice, if it was a reimbursement and the date the invoice was submitted.
Invoices that have been paid will be listed in the transactions list.
From this list, you can download the invoice attachments and click the View button to view more detailed information.
When you click on the View button, you can see the detailed information of the invoice including the line items.
