As a Care Coordinator, it's essential to efficiently manage your check-in notes, especially when handling a large volume. Our platform offers a simple solution, enabling you to upload check-in notes in bulk. Here's how you can do it:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Accessing the import function: First, go to the package list page. At the top, near the search bar, you'll see the 'Import Notes' button. Click on this to begin.
  2. Import sidebar: After you click, a sidebar titled 'Import Check-In Notes' will appear on the right side of your screen. This is where you'll upload your notes.

  3. Download the sample file: For your ease, we've included a sample file. Download this file and open it in Excel or any similar program. The file is neatly arranged with two columns: 'TCID' and 'Content', providing a clear template. The first row is the header, followed by an example entry.

  4. Preparing your file: Replace the sample data with the actual TCIDs and the content of your check-in notes. To find TCIDs, you can either refer to the package list page or export the list as a CSV file for easier access.
  5. Uploading your file: Once you've filled in your file with the necessary information, upload it via the sidebar and hit 'Save'. This will automatically generate a new check-in note for each package, marked with today's date and filed under 'Check In'.

By following these straightforward steps, you can easily upload multiple check-in notes at once, making your workflow more efficient and saving time. If you run into any issues or have questions, our support team is always here to help. This bulk import feature is designed to assist Care Coordinators in managing high volumes of check-in notes with ease.
