Export and download Home Care Packages
For care coordinators overseeing numerous home care packages, the ability to export your complete list of Home Care Packages into a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file streamlines your administrative tasks significantly. A CSV file, essentially a plain text file, utilises commas to separate data entries, making it highly versatile and compatible across various programs, including text editors, spreadsheet applications like Excel, and other specialised tools.
Included in Your CSV File:
Your exported CSV file will be organised into several columns, each containing specific details about the Home Care Packages:
- Trilogy Care ID
- Care Recipient ID
- Recipient Full Name
- Package Level
- Package Stage
- Package Option
- Care Partner Full Name
- Care Recipient Email
- Care Recipient Phone Number
- Care Recipient Address
- Care Recipient Date of Birth
- Care Recipient Gender
- Commencement Date
Exporting Your CSV File:
To initiate the export, simply navigate to the package list page and select the "Download as CSV" button. This action triggers the export process and displays a small notification on the screen. Upon completion, a link to download the CSV file will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Accessing Your CSV File:
Upon receiving the email, click the provided link to download your CSV file. Please note, this link remains active for 24 hours from the time of issue.
