Updating your contact information

Keeping your contact details up-to-date ensures that you receive important notifications and communications. Follow the steps below to update your profile information, including your full name, email address, and contact number.

Steps to update your contact information

Access your account settings:

    • Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
    • From the dropdown menu, select settings.

Navigate to personal details:

    • Once in the Settings menu, click on personal details on the left-hand side panel.

Edit your profile information:

    • You will see the profile information section, where you can update your details.
    • Email: Update your email address. Please note that for security reasons, you will need to verify any changes to your email address through a code sent to your current email.
    • Contact number: Update your mobile number by selecting the correct country code and entering your new contact number.


Verify your identity (if required):

    • If prompted, you may need to verify your identity before making any changes. Click the Verify button to start the verification process.
    • You will receive a code via SMS to your registered phone number. Enter the code as instructed to complete the verification.

Save your changes:

    • Once you have made the necessary updates, click the Save button to confirm your changes.

Important notes:

  • Changes to your email will trigger a verification process to ensure security.
  • Ensure your contact details are correct to avoid missing critical communications from us.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you do not receive the verification code, ensure your phone number is correct and has network coverage. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
  • If you encounter any errors while updating your contact information, please reach out to your care partner or support team.
