Invite a contact to view your Home Care Package
Once a contact has been added to the Home Care Package, you have the option to invite them to the portal. Inviting them to the portal will mean that they can view all the information related to your Home Care Package.
From the package details page, click on 'View contact' and then on the contact page click on 'Send invite'. This will send an email to the contact, inviting them to access your Home Care Package in the Portal. If they are a new portal user, they will be prompted to set their portal password.
