I haven’t received my claim profile link for the portal
If you are a current provider that has previously registered with Trilogy Care, you will be invited to register for our online portal. The portal is your central hub to manage compliance documentation, services, and pricing with ease.
The email will have been sent to the email address that has been previously registered with Trilogy Care.
If you have not received the email with the link to claim your profile, then please contact portal.support@trilogycare.com.au and we can resend the invitation.
