Budget proposal

A new feature has been introduced to the Trilogy Care Portal that enables Care Coordinators to propose the following budget actions:

  • Creation of a new budget
  • Edits to an existing budget
  • Deletion of an existing budget

Each proposal will be automatically communicated to the Package Care Partner via email and in-app notification, streamlining the budget management process.

Care Coordinators will also be able to view any submitted proposals directly within the portal.

Note: If multiple proposals (edit or delete) are submitted for the same budget, only the most recent proposal will be communicated to the Package Care Partner.

Budget Details:

To ensure prompt invoice processing, the invoice description must match the Budget details provided. This section outlines the approved Service Type and Task to guide accurate invoicing for completed services.

Coordinators must have spoken to Recipient before submiting

Once a proposal is accepted or rejected by the Package Care Partner, the Care Coordinator and the Recipient or their Representative will be notified through both email and in-app notifications.
