Updating your marketing and statement preferences

To keep you updated with Trilogy Care news, we send out regular marketing emails. You can choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving these emails by visiting the communications settings page. Both recipients and authorised representatives can also choose to receive physical statements. All users receive statements via email.

Accessing the communication settings page

To access the settings page:

1. Click on your name and profile photo in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. If you are an authorised representative, you can update the recipient’s settings by clicking on the Recipient settings link in the navigation.
4. Click on the Communications link to access the communication settings page.

Statement preferences

To receive your monthly statements by mail, check the checkbox for physical statements.

Electronic statements are managed via email. You can specify additional contacts to receive statements. Note that these contacts must have a login and can view the statements via the portal.
