Accessing your monthly statements

Your monthly statements can be access directly from the portal via the package details page.

These statements detail the transactions for the month, including services and equipment paid for, fees deducted for package and care management, and government subsidy payments.

To download your statement:

  1. Log in to the portal (https://portal.trilogycare.com.au/).
  2. Select your Home Care Package.
  3. On the package details page, scroll to the statements section where you will find a list of available statements.
  4. View the statement directly in your web browser or download it to your device by clicking the relevant button.
