Creating a Home Care Package note

Click on the notes tab to view and create a Home Care Package note. The notes tab is accessible from any package.

To create a note, simply do the following:

• Enter the text of the note into the text area.
• Select a category that is relevant to this note.
• You can upload a file (optional) and attach it to the note. Select the file from your computer or drag it to the upload box.
• Click the Save button to save the note. This will add the note to the package.

Once the note is save, you can edit or delete the note by either clicking on the pencil icon (to edit) or the trash can icon (to delete).
