Viewing Home Care Package notes

To view Home Care Package notes, click on the Notes tab from the secondary menu:

This will take you to the notes page of the Home Care Package. Form here you can quickly add a new note, edit a note or view existing notes. Care partners may make notes on the Home Care Package and share them with you. Your notes are visible to Care partners, but not the Care recipient.

Notes are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest at the top). You have the ability to filter the notes by category as well.
