Viewing Home Care Packages

You can view the list of Home Care Packages by clicking on the top level navigation link titled 'Packages'.

This page will display a table of Home Care Packages, with information such as the Trilogy Care ID number, Care Recipient ID, the Recipient name, HCP level, stage, Care Partner, Cash Balance and Care Option.

To view additional information about the package, simply click on the row for one of the Home Care Packages.

This will display the package overview page with additional details of the package and Care recipient.

There is a secondary menu available to navigate to different areas, all in the context of that package. The numbers next to the menu items indicate the number of items that are available to view.
