Updating your emergency contact details
On your dashboard you can let us know if your emergency contact details have changed. Click on the 'Update emergency contact details' button to display the emergency contact form.
If you have access to multiple Home Care Packages, select the package you want to update the contact details for. Otherwise, it will default to your Home Care Package.
Enter the email address, name of contact, select the relationship and enter the phone number.
Submit the information by clicking on the 'Submit' button.
