Logging into the portal
Before you begin
Ensure you have your login credentials ready, which you should have received during your initial setup process. If you have not received your login details or have forgotten them, please contact our support team at portal.support@trilogycare.com.au.
Accessing the login page
- Open your web browser: On your computer or tablet, open your preferred web browser.
- Navigate to the portal: Go to the Trilogy Care Portal login page by entering the following URL into your browser's address bar: https://portal.trilogycare.com.au/login.
- Enter your email: On the portal's login page, you will see a field labeled 'Email'. Enter your email address in this field.
- Enter your password: In the 'Password' field, type in your password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure you're entering it exactly as it was given to you.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If you cannot remember your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link to reset it.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Clear your browser cache if you face repeated login issues or use a different browser.
