Resetting your password

Access to the Trilogy Care Portal is secured through user credentials of an email and password. If you have forgotten your password, the following instructions will guide you through the process of resetting it to ensure uninterrupted access to your account.

How to reset your password

  • In your web browser, go to the Trilogy Care Portal's main page.
  • Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login form.

  • Enter the email address associated with your Trilogy Care Portal account and then click the "Email password reset link" button. An email will be sent to your email account with a link to reset your password.
  • Check your email for a message from Trilogy Care Portal with the subject “Password Reset Instructions.”
  • If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • Click on the unique link provided in the email to be redirected to the password reset page. If the link is not working, copy the URL from the email and paste it into your browser's address bar.
  • Choose a new password for your account.
  • Navigate back to the login page and enter your credentials with the new password.
  • Ensure you can log in successfully with the new password.

Tips for creating a strong password

  • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Avoid common words and phrases.
  • Ensure your password is at least 12 characters long.
